An accompanying survey allows you to measure product attributes on a "Just About Right" scale to find the perfect balance that resonates with your target audience and adjust product attributes to maximize appeal.

Requirements

  1. Specify the product type and the name of the product that respondents will test
  2. Provide the key testing behavior for your product (.e.g. tasting, trying on)
  3. Provide instructions on how respondents should test your product
  4. Specify the metrics that respondents will use to evaluate your product (e.g. "too sweet" vs "not sweet enough", or "too loose" vs "too snug")
  5. Further customize your survey with a closed-ended question, two open-ended questions, and key behavior of interest for each product (e.g. purchase intent)
  6. Determine who you want to launch this survey to. (Note: This survey design is not compatible with panel sample)
